Pharma Technology International, LLC (PTI), is a joint venture between A&Z Pharmaceutical, LLC, based in Pittsburgh, PA, and BioPharma Management Technologies, Inc., a division of Wound Care Innovations, based in Fort Worth, TX.

The joint venture is an exclusive distribution agreement to sell CellerateRX® wound care products from Wound Management Technologies’ Wound Care Innovations subsidiary to international governments, health ministries, hospitals, medical clinics, and healthcare practitioners in certain countries in the Middle East.
